The S³TAIR Project Primary Investigator is Patricia Geary, New York State Education Department .

The Project Manager is Matthew Giugno, New York State Education Department.

A Regional Field Facilitator serves the Project in the East, Hudson, Long Island, Mid State, Mid West, New York City, and West regions of the state. Here is the S³TAIR Region Map.

The Coordinator of Statewide Facilitation efforts is Wilma Jozwiak.
