Districts or schools that have evidence based practices that result in successful outcomes for students with disabilities in literacy, positive behavior intervention, and/or special education instruction are invited to download the Project nomination form from the S3TAIR Project Documentation page accessible at the link provided below. Other documents available at that link include a downloadable version of the online Nomination Survey that captures additional information about the nominated practice, and the Site Validation Protocol used by site validation visit team members and shared with nominated school in advance of validation visits.
The Quality Indicator Tools linked below represent the most current information available on evidence based effective practices in literacy, positive behavior intervention, and special education instruction, and were developed by representatives of NYSED special education technical assistance network members and the NYSED Office of Special Education.
