The Program Coordinator has been a crucial element in development of these practices, but has worked to distribute leadership and develop internal capacity
- LEADERSHIP BY COMMITTEE: There are 16+ committees that run every aspect of the PBIS Program at West Street School
- BOCES Parent Committee participation is up to 22% of enrollment! (That percentage is commensurate with the elementary school percentage)
- Principal of the Elementary School is supportive and engages with the students regularly
- Elementary School PTA supports with funding as students are part of school fundraising cohort
- BOCES Board of Education Support
